What Is The White Pinkish Pigmentation Under My Child's Eye?
My 4 yr old daughter has a white pinkish pigmentation under her eye (skin area) Doctor prescribed Elidel cream but it irritated her skin and had an allergic reaction and I noticed some peeling. She doesn't have any other pigmentation in her body, just this one. Any idea what this could be? Thank you.

Discontinue the offending drug.
Local application of Glycerine will be soothening
Promethazine will be beneficial in reducing the allergic reaction
