General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of Diarrhea of 2 days, yellow mucus on wiping and other complaints.
This can be due to colitis, a mass or ulcer in colon and so on.
I would advise you the following.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, investigations of stool, blood and urine.
Ultrasound of the whole abdomen.
Colonoscopy, biopsy and CT scan of the abdomen as required as further investigations.
To get a proper course of an antibiotic, metronidazole probiotics and symptomatic treatment.
Further treatment as directed by the inventions and as required..
