What Is This Skin Tag On The Front Part Of Leg That Is Discolored, Growing And Causing Burning Down The Leg ?

i had a skin tag on the front part of my front leg by my underwear line and I attempted to cut it off. It has grown back a little and looks discolored. I am also experiencing a burning tingling down the side of the same leg that really flairs up when I am standing. When I sit down the pain is not there. I am fearful that my tag is infected and the burning down the same leg is from this. Crazy?
