What Kind Of Doctor Should I Consult For A Child Who Has Been Staying Away From Everyone?

I have a 16 old daughter that is been cutting herself. We have seen a few family counselors in the past, for lying, school issues, an just basic not doing what she told to do, mood swings. I have to realize I found more issue that concern with hurting herself. I need help to know what kind of DR I should be looking for to help her.

Gentle Family support.
Clinical psychologist and with psychiatric counseling will hep her to relieve her this behavior problem.
