What Kind Of Doctor Should Be Consulted For Swelling And Water Blisters Throughout The Legs?

Hi, my brother has swelling in his legs. A lot of fluid and its is going to his ankles. He has water blisters all over his legs, from the knee down. He has one the size of a golf ball and it has opened and fluid has been running out of it for days. What Dr. should he see for this kind of problem? Thanks

first of all one has to see the cause behind it.like any trauma,varicose veins,deep vein thrombosis,infection.my advice would be either visit orthopaedic/general surgeon.
