What Kind Of Drug Reactions I Need To Observe When On Clopidogrel For The Recovery From Tibia Fracture?

Gemcal Nasal spray is prescribed to my mother to help recover from tibia fracture. She is 20y old CABG, Type-II diabetic and uses a variety of cardiac & functional medication {MET XL     50mg, STAMLO 5mg, Clopidogrel+Asprin 150mg, Atorva-statin 10mg, TRYPTOMER 10mg, NERVZ-G 300mg, TRIGLUCORED FORTE 500mg} I understand the ortho need.

I need to know what kind of drug interactions or reactions I need to observe?

What should I do in the event of reactions?

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here and the medicine that your mother is taking, cardiac medicine is important but you can cut down other medicine beside this, the interaction among these drugs could be there but that may not manifest in any away, it is difficult to know the exact interaction because certain newer molecules lack in data and clinical information, hope this information helps you have nice day.
