What Lead To A Swollen Area On The Inner Side Of Thigh Near Anus?

Hi ! I have this swollen area inside of my thigh near my anus but I don t have constipation . I don t think it s a symptom of hemorrhoids or piles . And as I move it hurts really badly . At first it was a tiny bump and now it s growing bigger and bigger . What should I do ?

Hi,

The swelling near anus as you said seems skin tag. It may be called acrochordon. It is a benign condition. It is a harmless skin lesion. If you feel embarrasing, it may be removed surgically. You consult dermatologist or surgeon. I do remove it by electrocautery procedure. It may be done under local anaesthesis. It may be done in OPD. I hope you got my answer.
