What Leads To A Clear Rectal Discharge?

Hi My son has complained of a clear fluid leaking from his anus- it is enough to make his undershorts very wet. He told me he had a small hemorrhoid also. I had him do sitz baths a couple times a day and he felt it was some better- now he claims the leakage is back again but reports his hemorrhoid is gone- not sure what this could be?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. She may have hemorrhoids with some infection in anal or perianal region. He should go for per rectal examination. It will give you exact diagnosis. Then he should take treatment accordingly. Avoid constipation. It is the key factors. If needed antibiotics can be given for infection. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
