What Leads To Dark Color In The Urine?

I have been doing the p90 x with my wife and when I got home from work today I noticed a really dark colored urine when I fluched dident think to much of it just went on with my day then after my workout I went #1 and there was the same color what is wrong with me I have been really sore and I started on sunday
