What Makes A Newborn To Vomit Breast Milk?

Good evening I have a granddaughter that s tomorrow is going to be 3 weeks she s breath feed but my daughter been telling me that in this 2 days she be trowing up and I telling her that maybe the baby have reflux because the milk come from Mount and nose plus when she s feeding her she trow up. What is your recommendation please need advice
