This sounds like a psychotic episode to me. It could be that she has had brain damage from the seizures and strokes, and this is what is causing the hallucinations. Side effects from medicines might also do this, although your doctors seem to feel that is not the problem and they know what medicines she is on. If she has recently been in the hospital and this started during that time, it is possible she is delirious. This is a not uncommon problem among elderly people with significant chronic disease who are stressed out from the hospitalization. It generally clears up pretty quickly, so if you say it's been going on 2 weeks, it's probably not delirium. I would be concerned that she recently had a bigger stroke that affected a part of her brain related to sight and thinking, and not controlling muscles, and would consider during an MRI. Hope this helps.
