What Makes Me Urinate Dark Brown Black Bloody Sludge?

i urinate dark brown black bloody sludge about every 30 days sometime twice a month and it last all day and clears up but always come back,i could set a watch to it happening and it has been going on for over 2 years now,i am 35 years old and ive have lost all my weight im down to 105 pounds no appetite always feeling ill weak and faint my blood pressure goes from 88 over 50 --90 over 70, my back always hurts i feel like im dying,,i have been agoraphobic for the last 6 years i have not left my bedroom i live with parent no monet for anxiety meds...so what do you think ... i have a extreme fear of hospitals and going outside my house

You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination and ultrasound KUB.
