What Makes One Get Irritated After Hitting The Head?

I got thrown from a horse yesterday and hit my head off a wall on the way down. Afterwards, I became very impatient with things and irritated with everyone. My family's saying it's not like me at all. Is there a reason I might be so irritable from the fall? I mean, could it be because I might have gotten a concussion or something?

Hello

Yes, a concussion can cause problems with memory, emotions, etc.
This may resolve in time but you should have a doctor check you out to make sure there's no skull or neck fracture or a brain bleed
