What Makes The Person Feel The Sounds In The Knee And Skull?

Hello docter , my name is sid and I am 16. For past few months I was hearing noises from my knees. Now the problem has grown much more. Now it sounds like I am hearing voices from my skull which is terrifying. My left knee have gone really really weak. I can walk and run with ease but when it comes to streching , I can t strech my whole body. Now I hear popping noise from all parts of body. I have been consuming lots of butter for a while because I heard it is good for such condition.
