What May Be The Cause Of Severe Stomach Pain In A Child?
my 9 year old grandaughter has severe stomach pain and was tested for blood in the stool came out positive but was not visible to the eye. the specialist won;t see her for a month she's doubled over in pain more often than not has an appetite and regular bowel movements

Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry. Antibiotics might be needed in your kid's case as she has blood in the stool suggestive of bacterial infection. I suggest you use zinc supplements & ORS...
