What May Have Caused Back Pain And Earache In A Child?

My sons 5 and he was fine all day until earlier this afternoon, when complaining of an earache in he's left ear and a pain on he's leg. He was complaining of a backache first so I had a look and noticed a spot with a hair so I pull the hair out and it came out wasn't sure what that was! Help of you can

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM
Sudden Earache along with the backache can be explained with the development of some viral infection (Respiratory Tract Infection). RTI usually extends to ear causing Viral otitis media and pain.
Can be treated with antihistamines. analgesics,steam inhalation and some analgesic ear drops.
