What Medical Condition Causes Pain And Stiffness In The Hands And Feet, Tremors In The Hands And Legs And Fatigue?

I get a lot of stiffness in hands and feet and the fingers and toes with stiffen in all directions or stiffen under others fingers/toes. I will get a lot of stiffness and pain in the neck and head area. I can yawn and it brings on stillness and pain. I get lots of cramps throughout my body sometimes without doing a thing. One side of my hips hurt off and on. I also get tremors in my hands and sometimes in my legs. The pain can be so astronomical that it leaves me fatigues and without any energy.

Hi,

It could be an early sign of arthritis. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
