What Medical Condition Could Cause Pain In The Right Side Of The Abdomen?

I have a friend experiencing severe right hand side pain to the middle of her abdomen. CT scan, blood work and urinalysis came back clear after an ER visit Pain, muscle and anti inflammatory medicine was given. That is helping but when the meds wear off the pain comes right back.

Hi,

I will recommend stool test in this case as other tests have come normal.
If all come normal, then she must be treated for irritable bowel syndrome.
