sir, good afternoon, I am 47 years old lady, i am having severe lower back pain / stiffness in lower back and nimbling / burning sensation in my left leg. my left leg pains terribly one side from up till under under my heel. pls suggest me some medicine

A physical therapist can guide you through stretches, strength exercises, and low-impact cardio that will help you be fitter without straining your back.
