What Medication Can I Take For Acne With Oily Skin?
Hi sir, i am samiran from assam, india. I am a teenager of 18 and was suffering from acne problem since last 2 yrs. I had been to doctors but all in vain and had tried a lots of products too but of no use. My skin is too oily and now those zits are all over my forehead , cheeks, and nose too. Sir please do me a favour and suggest me some good medication so that i could get rid of all this which is lower my confidence, self esteem everything day by day.. I fell very uneasy and shy to show my face to others and my parents too.. Please please please help. Thanks in advance. Reply ASAP... I will be waiting..!

As per your query it appears that your are suffering from moderate grade of acne. It is quite common to find such kind of acne in our age group.
In my patients I treat them with clindamycin and adaplene gel locally at night time.
If required I go for oral therapy including antibiotics such as azithromycin or doxycycline or otherwise isotretinoin as main therapy.
I suggest you to not to use any creamy or oily stuff on face as it can cause more aggravation of the acne.
