Hi mam..my kid is of 4.6yrs old with 19 kgs weight.he is complaining about severe throat pain and ear pain from the evening.he has been suffering from cold and cough since 1 week. he is on nebulization since 4 days.please suggest me medicine and problem cause

The problem is URTI with middle ear infection as per your history.
I would prefer an antibiotic like Amoxycillin+Clavlulanate twice daily and anti anti cold medicine like Wickoryl syrup 2-3 times daily for a period of 5 days
