Hi
Welcome to health care magic.
The problem of frequent urination with poor stream can result from various causes like urinary tract infection or prostatitis or benign prostatic hyperplasia if you are a male.
You have not provided your sex so I am unable to give particular possibility of your disease but in any case you should get reviewed by a local physician.
Telling a treatment on phone directly is not possible because assessing a patient in person is very important to come to a precise diagnosis.
I hope the advice will be helpful for you.
