What Medication Is Suggested For Crushed Vertabrea At The Back?

I crushed a vertabrea in my back about 10 years ago and have been in lots of pain since then.I think I also crushed a nerve in it also,as when I walk, stand or sit too long get burning throbbing pain so bad I feel like throwing up.I had MRI and Cat scan but nothing shows up,as they are taking lying down and I am not in pain when I am lying down it is the only relief I have. Am at the end of my wits and don't know what else I can do.Any suggestions.

Hi,Welcome to healthcare magic. After going through your query I think your You are suffering from chronic backache. It is related to posture. Treatment of back pain is exercises and analgesics (diclofenac 100mgSR). Sometimes vitamin D deficiency is the cause so get your vitamin D checked .If it is low then vitamin D supplementation(Bon DK 60K weekly with milk) can be taken.Avoid long continuous sitting .Sit in a straight posture.Eat milk, fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. I think your query answered.Welcome to any follow up query
