What Medication Is Suggested For Large Swollen Tonsils?
My husband has 2 extremely large swollen tonsils that literally touch each other. Just a few weeks ago he had an annual, & was advised to see a pulmonary doctor for breathing low on a breathing machine. We went to the pulmonary doctor, & he noticed that my husband’s throat was obstructed by his swollen tonsils. He then referred my husband to see a specific ENT doctor, and failed to inform us that he is an oncologist ENT who only sees cancer patients. My husband has been having frequent headaches & pain near his back gums. I’m concerned & it will be weeks before we see the oncologist. What does all this mean? & why didn’t the pulmonary doctor fail to even mention cancer or a possibility of it? I’m nervous.
