What Medication Is Suggested For Pain During Urination?

My 8 yr old son has pain with urination. He has had trace amounts of blod and protein in his urine over the past year. He has seen a nephrologist with no diagnosis. Now he says he has pain in his penis even when he is noturinating. What could be the problem?

.PHYMOSIS LEADING TO BALINITIS
.RENAL CALCULI PASSING THROUGH URETHRA OR HITTING AT THE BLADDER END OF URETHRAL ORIFICE
give him lots of water and alkalinizer
