What Medication Is Suggested For Paralysis Attack On The Right Leg?
namaskar sir,my father got paralysis attack on his right leg and hand of thebody,he also lost memory as blood cloting detected, but he has recovered very fast after attack in 18 apr 12.but during night he lost his sense in sleep and natural calls comes in bed ,is there any specific treatment for fast recovery?
I am so sorry to hear about your father and his stroke. It sounds like your father had right leg and arm weakness. He improved quickly but still has difficulty regulating his sleep patterns and urination. This is not uncommon in elderly patients. it is real important for people to get sleep but to keep it regular. Your father should not take naps during the day this will deregulates his sleep cycle. He should not do any exercise prior to sleeping and abstain for any caffeinated drinks or cigarettes before sleeping. There are some over the counter measures that may help sleep including melatonin and diphenhydramine. His urination problem at night could have many other causes but to help minimize the urination at night is to not drink fluids after 6pm, urinate completely prior to sleep. If those measures don't help then he may need further medical attention from his Primary care doctor. He could investigate further as to his ability to completely empty his bladder and prescribe medication which could help. Good luck
