What Medicine Can I Switch To From Fentanyl For Pain Management?

what do I do if my I want to switch from fentanyl 100 + 25mcg=125mcg patches because they do not last 72 hrs what would be the next best thing to go to as far as pain management--- example P.0. what other pain meds is about the same as what I m currently taking 125mcg

You can repeat the fentanyl patch every two days instead of three days.
Alternatively you can start oral tramadol and paracetamol combination or you may go for Buprinorphine dermal patch as an option.
