What Medicine Should I Give My Twin Babies To Pass Normal Stool ?

hi my 7 month old, 7 week premature twins are drinking their formula and eating well (rice cereal, oatmeal etc.) but their stools have been a bit hard and they havent been seeming to be peeing alot today. I dont know how to soften the stool or to help them begin peeing more?

hi,
they need to be on more liquid diet to. if they pass urine atleast 5 times a day its aright but its required to get urine tested if they not passing urine as i mentioned or if they having some problem while passing. donot give any medicine for softening stools now, as that is not the concern now. let them take plenty of water or watery products.
