You are suffering probably suffering from PINWORM infestation. You may try homoeopathy for this condition. Or try deworming again.
Re infection is common as pin worms infest the clothing, bedding also. So clothes , bedding etc have to be washed and exposed to sun light. If you have kids , make sure they are free from this infestation.
Avoid scratching & keep nails trimmed.
