Dear Doctor, I am Sethu Age : 29, Hight : 5.75 Feet Weight: 70Kg And I am having problem of intestine worms what tablet should i take I am having pain in side my anal (Dont know whether due to worms or ulcer) Note : I am having Stomach Ulcer, Rheumatoid arthritis

As you mentioned your symptoms it may require proper history and physical examination including anal and perianal examination Digital rectal examination and proctoscopy to rule out any ulcer,fissure,fistula or hemorhiods.
To clear your intestine from worms you take tab.albendazole 400mg PO once than repeat after one week.
