What Medicine To Take For Pain And Swollen Vulva?

My issue is i'm having extreme pain and discomfort in my vulva. I've had issues since March with continuous bleeding that finally stopped in October (a year after i had my son). I then didn't have a period for almost 2 months when i spontaneously had heavy bleeding and several large clots i also have had recurrent thrush in the past that usually clears up it's self but i have taken a pessary in the past along with clomiterazole cream. So my issues i'm having right now are i have excess discharge accompanied by a red hot swollen vulva. I had a soft squishy lumpish thing just inside the entrance of my vagina that seems to be swollen and attatch to the vaginal wall which is also swollen but this is at the side towards my bottom. I'm having pains in my lower abdominal where you'd normally get cramps and when i pee there burning but i think that's due to the discomfort of my vulva. But i do have severe pain while peeing in my stomach. I then noticed a hard slightly bigger than a pea sized lump on my labia about 1.5inches from the entrance of my vagina.
