my sister's friend is suffering with hiv1 aids for the past 5years.she regularly using english medicines.she doesnt have any other side effects.but now her cd4 level is fallen down from around 180-117.
What should we do now, her husband died 4years before with aids.what medicines and diet should be given?

diet has nothing to do in reducing the cd4 count. but take the regular anti retroviral treatment that will reduce the fall in cd4 count. but eating a fruits and green leafy vegetables has antioxidant property. thnx
