What Medicines Should I Take For Low Hgb And Colostrol?
Doctor, I am Thalasmia minor. I am 46 years old male. Height 180cm and weight 76kg. my blood Hgb and Colostrol level always low, what medicine I have to take. What are the precuations I have to take in food. Some times my Hgb goes down and become very tired. Your advise please Hgb 122 g/L Plt 105 WBC 6.3 RBC 5.67
If hemoglobin drops repeatedly anemia work up should be done for the cause. Iron, TIBC, B12, Folate as well as retic counts and LDH might be needed at earlier stages. Using supplements for ironz b 12 and folic acid after the levels may help to rebuilt the levels.
Cholesterol If low is normal unless HDL so detailed lipid profile may be done in fasting and discussed in follow up.
