What Medicines Should My Wife Take For Abdominal Pain After A C-section Delivery ?
Hello sir, my wife was get C-section 10 days ago,just today only c is getting severe pain in right side lower abdomen . she is taking iron & calcium,multivitamins everyday,and she took some medicine for 2 days only that was finished b4. in that was diclofinac and paracetamol combination. now what we have to do. blood pressure is normal.

Some pain will be there after a C-section. Iron, Ca, vitamin supplements need to be continued. Pain killers are prescribed generally for 5 days. They can be taken SOS. If the pain is severe as you said, you should visit your doctor.
