What Might Be The Causes Of Joint Aches And Pain In Shoulders And Wrists? Suggest Remedies

Hello, 7 weeks ago I had a possible exposure from giving a man oral with a open cut where my wisdom tooth was coming through. There was no ejaculation in my mouth but since then i have had a slight cold and the sudden onset of horrible aching in my forearms which then spread around my body. I now have horrible pain in my shoulders, wrists and hands. I keep waking up and my fingers are seized up so I can't open them. I had a hiv test done at just under 6 weeks which came back negative but how trust worthy can that be? It wasn't the rapid test but instead one of the tests that take a week to get your results. I just want to know what else these horrible aches could be in my joints? i'm not sure if it could be anxiety or stress because they started before i had even looked up symptoms.... any advice would be great. I'm so worried about this whole situation.

thanks

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the wisdom tooth, and its infection, there will be systemic symptoms like pains.
I advise you to consult a dentist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an intra oral X ray of the tooth.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, diclofenac , and paracetamol.
Though it is not possible, you can have the HIV test after some time, to exclude it.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
