What Might Be The Constant Wake Ups In The Mornings With Nausea, Vomiting And Stomach Upset?

My 15yr old son, constantly wakes up in the mornings with nausea, vomiting and upset stomach. He s tried not eating too late or not eating a lot of junkfood either, but it stills occurs. This has been going on for about a month, that 3/4 days of the week, he wakes up sick.

Hello,

Any intraabdominal pathology like gastritis or appendicitis or colitis or bowel instruction or bowel paralysis may present like this.

Morning sickness also presents like this. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please get it done ultrasound abdomen, Upper GI endoscopy and stool examination.

Use tablet ondansetron. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
