What Might Be The Problem In Baby S Stomach Hearing Sounds And Fever Has Subsided After Giving Paracetamol Drops?
My son is ten week old. 14 he was vaccinated . He had fever and was treated with paracetomol drops.Yesterday night he cried continuosly for 3 hours. He didnot drink milk during that time. After words he was given a dose of woodwords gripe water. After that he was ok and is crying only for feeding. We r hearing some sounds in the stomach. Doctor what might be the problem. What do u suggest.

The fever was due to the vaccination, so paracetamol is good enough. The cry might be due to the stomach pain due to paracetamol, or indigestion.
Woodwords is good for continuous use, for few months, i advise you to keep, dicyclomine hydrochloride drops, to give 3 drops when he cries.
The sounds from the stomach might be due to indigestion, lactose intolarance, etc.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician, for diagnosis and treatment.
Give more of green leafy vegetables, pulses,sprouts, and
protein rich foods to the mother.
