What Might Be The Reason For Me To Feel As If Somebody Is Squeezing My Chest And Head ?
I am an 18 year old female with no medical history of any serious diseases. A few days ago I literally felt like someone had put their arms around my body (at the chest ) and was just squeezing as hard as they could. I started to panic when I started to feel the sensation in my head as well. I forced myself to maintain steady breathing and the sensations went away within 5 minutes, but it was still extremely unsettling.. what could it have been?

Generally this symptom is associated with cardiac involment but as your age is very young there are more chances of hyperacidity or gastritis or obstructed wind. Amongst herbs aesfoteda will cure it.

it is called demon on the chest u feel u are being squeezed and u feel like calling out but u cant after a minute it passes away dont worry it is not a major illness

it will be better to get a cardiac check up as the compressive chest pain with difficulty in breathing is typical of cardiac ischemia
may be you are not having this but it is always better to be on safe side

looking at your age If you have the severe squezing pain over your chest that could be due to severe gastritis and hyperacidity. Consult your doctor for further evaluation and treatment if still you have pain
