What Might Cause Vomiting And Diarrhea Along With Lower Abdominal Pain And Appetite Loss?

Started vomiting diarrhea, 10 days ago went to hospital 5 days.5antibiotics,morp. tube in stomach sent me home still diarrhea. Pain in my lower left side of stomach vey tender ,piin,bloting,no appetite still pain and bloting have had tumor femoved from intestines! 2 years ago have hep. C very concearned

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis or food poisoning.
Use plenty of liquid for intake, avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Ofloxacine and Ornidazole twice a day for five days. Use tablet Sporulac twice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
