What Needs To Be Done After A Bad Hit In The Head?

Yesterday I hit my head with a flag pole I'm on color guard at my school. It hit so hard i swear i saw stars! I even forgot what we were doing for a few seconds I've had a major headache ever since but through the day it weakens but it becomes more intense when it comes back. What did i do?

Hello,
It is hard to know without an exam. It sounds like you may have had a mild concussion. If you are having headaches you probably need a CT scan of your head to make sure there is no bleeding. See a doctor as soon as possible
