What Needs To Be Done For Reoccuring Fever Of Infant?

My baby is 3.5 years old has been suffering from fever frm tueday....fever cums at around 12.00 then i give a Meftal P...after that it goes then again at 10.00 in the nite....this has been happening for the last 3 days ...tues wed thurs..... Kindly advise what needs to be done

do you have a thermometer ? check the fever and note the temparature , if it is above 100F then give the medicine and note temparature after one hour and every 6th hourly. how is his activituy between fever ? does he have any other problems ? how is his appetite? if it continous then needs evaluation
