I had a tree fall on me in the summer time, and it broke my back. I believe that break was from the L1-L3. I now have two rods, and some screws in my back. I was told not to do physio for 6 months after the surgery, it now just passed 6 months and I do not have money to pay for physio, what are some good exercises that I can do to get my regular mobility back and so that I can get back in shape.
