What Precautions Are Required Post Pre-mature Delivery?

hi sir,my delivery is pre mature delivery. I have twins.baby girl n baby boy .now they are 1 month n 12 days old. I use dexolac special care in sabstitute of mother s milk .now their weight is above 2.5 kg . can I continue with this powder ?? or can I change ?? plz give me advice which powder is best for my babies ?? I am not able to feed my babies so plz give your opinion for best health of my babies..

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.

Dexolac is good formula milk, if your baby health and weight is good than you can continue with Dexolac.
If possible please breast feed your baby as much as possible because there is no substitute of mother milk.

Maintain hygiene because that is very important in formula milk and your babies are premature also.
