What Precautions Can Be Taken To Prevent Typhoid Fever From Recurring?

i having typhoid fever with widal testing report 1:160 after getting report i have taken antibiotic by as advised by doctor. some time fever comes 99 and 100 for which i was same test got widal testing report 1:80. pl. get advice what precauction to be taken for preventive.

hi precautions to be taken to prevent typhoid can be
1.cleanliness of surrounding
2.avoiding oily spicy and junk food
3.avoid sharing the towels or clothing with friends.
4.washing the hands before and after eating the food.
5.washing the fruits and vegetables before eating
6.covering the food particles cooked.
7.avoid eating too cold or too hot food
8.avoid food which are covered by flies and insects.
9.avoiding tinned food
10.avoiding excessive exertion by walking,jogging etc
