What Precautions Can Thyroid And BP Patients Take In General?

Sir, I am aged 53 female a chronic patient of Thyroid since 1994 taking Electrocin 1-1/2 tablet daily, physique obessity feeling fatique, coldness, sometime palpitation, skin dry also feeling pain in joints specially in knees, feeling restlessness, gets early aggressive. Also BP taking a tablet daily. Pl advise general precautions including diets etc. to be taken at home, as I am a house-wife, Sir.

Hi..you are a fifty three years old female having obesity fatigability ,palpitation restlessness and pain knees.Madam i feel it is a combo of uncontrolled hypothyroidism(fatigue,coldness) and perimenapausal syndrome(papitation mood swings).knee pain because of degeneration of knee (overweight,peri menopause)Kindly get investigated for thyroid hormones,FSH hormone and take xray knee and proceed for concerned specialitist .Take care.
