What Precautions Must Be Taken After ACL Tear Surgery ?
i hav had a surgery for my acl tear n now im in my rehabilitation for 3 weekswill i be able to do all my normal activities will there be any restrictionswill i get any problem in the future

thanks for choosing health care magic forum,if proper physiotherapy is given than post op. recovery takes 3-6 months and patient becomes almost normal.
after 3 weeks of physiotherapy,you must have got good range of motion of knee. Activities involving extreme bending at knee you should avoid, like squating etc.
If proper treatment is given and adequate recovery is achieved than there are less chances of getting any problem in future.
