What Precautions Need To Be Taken After A Head Injury?

I recently had a fall in which I fell backwards and hit the back of my head pretty hard. I had a small bleed on the brain and was transferred to a trauma unit at OSU where I was admitted but soon everything stabilized and got to come home today - was there Friday 9th till today. Are there any precautions should I be taking now?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if there is no damage done to the brain after the head injury then no need to take any precaution, and that what happened here is your case, you no need to take any precaution because every thing is okay, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
