What Precautions Need To Be Taken For Triquetrum Avulsion?

Hi there,
Originally diagnosed as triquetrium avulsion and suspected fractured scaphoid. Xray today (11 days after fall) did not indicate scaphoid fracture so I've just had the plaster off my wrist and a support splint in its place. Is there anything I shouldn't be doing now (pain permitting) eg driving, cycling, washing up, gardening?
