dear doctors; my daughter has positve mountex test and she is one and half years old; not eating well; her weight is 8kg ; doctor prescribed her antiTB drugs; pls suggest why this happened and what precaution should be taken?

Tuberculosis is usually contracted from close contact with infected individual, usually droplet borne infection.
It can be completed cured with anti tuberculosis treatment and there is no cause for concern.
