What Precautions Should Be Taken For Uncovertebral Osteophyte Causing Left Neural Stenosis?

I have recently been diagnosed with Straightened cervical lordosis alsoC2-C3: Uncovertebral and facet joint arththrosis cause stable mild right neuro foraminal stenosis. C3-C4: Stable trace disc buldge. Uncovertebral and facet joint arthrosis cause stable mild/moderate right neural foraminal stenosis. C4-C5 stable shallow central protrusion does not contact the spinal cord. Increased moderate left facet joint arthrosis, and unchanged small left uncovertebral osteophyte. Resulting increased moderate left neural foraminal stenosis. C5-C6 Stable shallow centeral protrusion does not contact the spinal cord. Uncovertebral osteophytis cause stable mild/moderate right greater than left neural foraminal stenosis. C6-C7: Stable shallow left central protrusion does not contact the spinal cord. Uncovertebral Osteophyte causes stable mild/moderate left neural stenosis. If anyone can tell me the best course of action or procedures that will help me I feel like if I turn my head the wrong way I could really hurt myself , any professional opinions maybe one of those special braces will I need surgery? I am affraid for myself Thank you for your time
